Adv. Gitit Ben Yitzchak

Attorney Gitit Ben-Yitzhak has 15 years of experience in family law and handles the most complex and significant cases in our firm.

Gitit has special expertise in the field of property distribution between spouses. She has extensive experience in this field as well as in representing clients in cases and appeals in various courts.

Gitit is dedicated to studying the material and identifying the legal issue, which will ultimately provide the firm’s clients with the best legal service. In addition to her vast knowledge, Gitit is a lawyer who acts boldly and persistently in order to bring each case to its best possible outcome. She also makes sure to serve as an attentive ear to her clients.

Gitit is fluent in English, which allows her to represent our international clients who do not speak Hebrew.

Gitit has a BA in Law from the College of Management (2005). During her academic studies, Gitit volunteered at the Family Court in Rishon LeZion. After that, Gitit completed her internship at a family law firm, and since 2007 has been working at our firm.

In 2016, Gitit was certified as a mediator specializing in family mediation.

Gitit has a diploma in family and inheritance law from the Israel Bar Association (2007) and a diploma course in “Inheritance, Wills and the Economic Regulation of Death” from Bar-Ilan University (2009).

Gitit also participated in one-day summer conferences in family law, as well as a comprehensive study on the law for the distribution of pension savings between separated spouses – practical implications at Bar-Ilan University (2014).

Gitit is authorized by the Ministry of Justice and the Administrator-General to conduct ongoing power of attorney according to the Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law.
