Adv. Nava Peres

Adv. Nava Peres is one of Israel’s leading lawyers in the field of family law and inheritance. For the past three decades she has been helping her clients deal with their most personal affairs.

In 1992, Nava established her firm, which under her command handled hundreds of complex family law cases. This gave the firm extraordinary experience and professional knowledge in the field. Considering the firm’s extensive activity and in light of the excellent service provided to its clients, the firm is ranked annually as one of the leading firms in Israel by the Israeli rating directories Duns 100 and BDI.

Nava has developed extensive professional knowledge in a wide range of issues in the field of family law and inheritance, enabling her to provide her clients with a professional first-class response, and she is meticulous in providing personal and sensitive services to her clients.

For the past two decades, Nava has been working as an authorized mediator and in 2009 she has worked in the field of “Divorce in Collaboration”, an experience that enables her to accompany her clients in mediation proceedings and provide them with comprehensive legal services. In addition, her training as a mediator enables her to offer creative solutions to her clients and to reach a result that benefits her clients, by peaceful means.

Nava graduated from Tel Aviv University (1990) and interned at the Tel Aviv District Court and at Yigal Arnon firm. In addition, Nava received her MA in Gender Studies from Tel Aviv University with honors.

For several years, Nava served as deputy chairperson of the Family Forum and member of the legislative committee of the Israel Bar Association’s Central Committee. She is also a member of the family forum. Adv. Peres has also lectured at Bar Association courses and conferences in her fields of expertise in family and inheritance matters.

Nava served as a member of the District Disciplinary Court of the Tel Aviv Bar Association for approximately nine years.

Adv. Peres is a member of the legal team of the Israel Women’s Network.

Nava is authorized by the Ministry of Justice and the Administrator-General to conduct an ongoing power of attorney, according to the Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law.

Nava is an active volunteer in the “shar Mitzvah” project of the Israel Bar Association since 2002, and gives legal assistance to those in need. In 2003, Adv. Peres won a special award from the Israel Bar Association for her work.

Adv. Peres serves as a member of the dance section of the Israeli Council for Culture and Art.
